Sporting4Schools Behaviour Agreement for

Parents/Carers

By booking a place at Sporting4Schools Afterschool or Holiday Clubs, you agree to the following:

My child will:

  • Be Respectful – to staff, other children, equipment, and the environment.
  • Be Responsible – by following instructions and making safe choices.
  • Be Kind – by using positive language and including others.
  • Be Safe – by using equipment properly and behaving in a way that protects themselves and others.


I understand that:


• Staff will use positive encouragement and restorative approaches to support good behaviour.

  • If my child forgets expectations, they may be given reminders, warnings, time out, or a restorative conversation.

In cases of repeated or serious incidents (e.g. physical aggression, bullying, or unsafe behaviour), I may be contacted and my child may lose their place at the club.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellations by Parents/Guardians

  • Up to 7 days before the club starts: A full refund will be issued, minus a £2 platform fee.
  • Within 7 days of the club start date: Refunds will not normally be issued, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical reasons, supported by evidence).


2. Cancellations by Sporting 4 Schools

If Sporting 4 Schools cancels a club session or programme, parents will be offered either:


  • A transfer to another session (if available), or
  • A full refund (no platform fee will be deducted).

3. Missed Sessions

Refunds will not be given for sessions missed due to illness, holidays, or other personal reasons.

4. Platform Fee

All parent-requested refunds are subject to a £2 non-refundable platform fee, which covers transaction and processing costs.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests should be made in writing via email to info@sporting4schools.co.uk. Please allow up to 10 working days for processing.
